Is There a Eugenics Experiment Aimed at Depopulating Haiti?

The disorganized handling of the Haiti situation proves that Eugenics is definately in play.  Warehouses and airports loaded with medical supplies, baby formula, water and many other immergency items were allowed to just sit while Haitians starved, got sick and or fought for the meager items handed out.  All this money/supplies being held up.  They were held up so more people will die.  Security was non-existant in some areas (gangs weilding machetees) allowed to roam and intimidate the doctors and nurses. and fellow Haitians.  There is an unspoken rule  "when you see something wrong-don't get involved. "  Ethnic cleansing is alive-the earthquakes just provided a cover to hide it.
