For generations we have been told by mainstream medicine that their drugs are safer and more effective than natural alternatives such as those man has used for healing for thousands of years. Similarly, we have been told that herbs and other natural alternatives are unproven, usually of little or no value and often may be dangerous. History tells us an entirely different story.

I just watched an interesting documentary called 'Generation Rx'. I tried to find a link to it, but none seem to be available. Here's a link that goes into some of the highlights of the film....it's worth the read.
Thanks for the heads up....I wll look for the documentary. The reason I left social work in foster care....big pharma.

The only prescription drug I will take is penicillin.
I did take Skelaxin for a few days for a twisted shoulder muscle. It was kind of like codeine...I was "drunk" and did not realize it.
