Other major issues to be discussed at the five-day conference includes the implementation of the international health regulations, the monitoring of the achievement of the health-related Millennium Development Goals, health-related innovation and intellectual property, food safety.
The annual World Health Assembly (WHA) is usually participated by health ministers from all WHO member states. As the WHO's supreme decision-making body, the WHA sets the policy for the organization and also approves its budget.

Perhaps they are discussing possible mutations to the virus so that their non-existent pandemic materializes next year.

Hey Robert!...the hundred/thousands of influenza strains are housed in the US Genbank from where they are disseminated. Didn't have a seasonal strain here because they didn't infect us with it....made enough on swine flu fraud.
