"If you or I did this, we would be arrested and tried as either terrorists (because contaminating the water supply is an act of terrorism) or felons practicing medicine without a license. So what allows cities and towns to get away with these very same crimes?"

I hadn't thought of Flouride. But I remember something about all the narcotics and other medicines that get poured down sinks or flushed in toilets. I think anyone drinking city water gets a little dose of something. There's really not any alternative for people wanting to trash their left over meds. Shoot I had a medical professional tell me to pour Morphine down the toilet after my grandfather passed. As for the Flouride someone somewhere had to approve it for city water. I'm guessing there's not much in each eight ounce glass. Like so many other things we find out much later its not really a good idea. Hope this isn't one of them. Look at all the meds being taken off shelves recently.
