Gozo

We need to spread the message that this BP OIL spill is still a Living Disaster with an Urgency.

Can I post your list of links to my column at NV and elsewhere?

Locals and tourists made the disgusting discovery while during their morning beach walks and jogs.

Perception is everything when friends of Maine apprehensive about coming to visit here in Florida... Our economy has suffered...

The contempt I feel towards Jane Lubchenco, Thad Allen, Obama

Geez rix, they call me bore-head, because thats what I go by, but I chose it because of my occupation. Don't be offended by my disgust for the Admiral, and Jane, just read the tagged articles I've posted. You will understand even better.

Sorry, just my impulse to defend Admiral Thad Allen who stepped from retirement to fix this problem... He's also above me via chain of command... All apologizes... smile :-)

I have seen a different side of the coin, though.

The contempt I feel towards Jane Lubchenco, Thad Allen, Obama, all the no show ENGOs, that have abandoned their root's, as our brothers, and sisters, continue to get sick is immeasurable.

The oil is in the water, inside the fish, and is killing everything, and no one acts.

ANARCHY.

Wow, GOZO there is lots of reading to be done here

And your comment "they lost their humanity" is on target. BP needs to pay for what they have done to the American people and America herself.

I know, I am not much of a trusting person these days as it is becoming more difficult to find people you can trust.

The groups of people involved with this is going to be an eye opener (we have seen the relationship between BP, corexit production, government officials and other companies) and there is no telling where this might end.

This might be off-topic but when I read the article on BOA, the criminality behind the financial bubbles looks awfully similar in Modus Operandi behind the Deep Water Horizon and the NOAA-induced Fishing Piratisation scheme. Read the detailed and revealing comments.

I hate the fact I don't have time to read these articles .I've got to work today , soon .
But going to your post and seen all the articles to read and watch , brings to mind something I commented on a short time ago .
If we're to present all these issues , to our non reading society , our cartoon society .
Just maybe , you've presented us the answer .
There was a number of the links that had videos attached to them . Using the right line up of such videos . Making a story line out of them . People could learn the truth . People could form an opinion .

Someone please take this idea and work on it .
We can throw our word back and forth to each other . Like playing catch . But we need to be throwing our ideas out to where others can read, see and hear them . Handing them the truth , they'll want to join the game . Only it's not a game to you and me .

You are right Ron, we need to provide a solution. But before your solution can be accepted, they need to be convinced first of the problems. It is the second part that is most difficult especially when there are deceptive forces at play. And by the time the problems are fully accepted, it may be already too late. Now that is the problem. We are always reactive not proactive.

Your correct . They've got to know how the movie started . I made another comment , along these same lines . Asking someone to put together a story line ,using as many videos as possible . That way , our cartoon society could follow it up to this point .
It will take someone much wiser than I , to put it together .
The media and the scientific community have convinced society there are not enough fish in the oceans . This might have been true 30 years ago . This should be pointed out . Then tell about what the fishing industry has gone through to correct the problem .
Now that the problem is corrected . Society should be told the truth and the one telling their lies pointed out .
I'm running out of time , I've got to work today

Ron...I try to set up seeded articles so they can be reviewed quickly rather than completely read...appreciating the little time most have to read on a daily basis. I try to head the article and leave the comment section for a summary so one can glean knowledge quickly. I like your idea allot. It seems we are all moving in the direction your suggest. Thank you for your brilliance.

We see the cartoon people all around us . We refrain from snickering at them . Please do , because from time to time , I become one of them .
They start acting like they're animated . What cartoon did they escape from ? Surly they aren't real people . Help , where are more and more of them everyday . Help , they're being put in charge of every work place . I know it's true . I've got four of them over me , at work .
I beg for some common sense .
They're coming to take me away , ha, ha he ,he They're coming to take me away .

They'll put me on some med's , and I'll become one of them . Help . L O L

But , We don't want to go to the funny farm . There won't be any computers . No way to shine the light of truth .
I just wonder what the med's will be like ? I never was into drugs .
Is this what I get for getting off subject ? The funny farm . L O L
IF it's a funny farm , can I make them laugh ? I might like that . L O L

You're giving away your age . I heard it when I was a teenager also .
I glad Bore Head posted the You-Tube sight . Yes , it was funny .
I'm just trying to make the point of all the mindless people , who except anything they are told , cartoon people .
There has to be a way to change their minds . Pull them out of the fog .

You might be a hug , hug sports fan . Sorry, I'm not .
I had to work Saturday night . I was coming back after my last drop . The Alabama football game had just finished and there was thousands of cars going back toward Birmingham .
I know people have to have something to occupy their minds . But while they put so much thought into football , the world goes right past them . Maybe I'm wrong in my thinking , and
what I see as important , they don't . All they want to read and care about is the sports pages
Local news , national news , international news , tech/ science news , health news they don't care . They love being cartoon people . It's simple , just don't think .Somebody else will do their thinking for them .
There is no telling where my humor might take me . If I don't let it out . They might come take me away , he, he , ho ,ho take me away , to the funny farm . Where .........
I just hope , I've made people think , and laugh a little or allot .

Ron, I think you are correct I spend my time trying to get people motivated and its difficult.

#6.9 - Mon Nov 15, 2010 6:32 AM EST
RON-1137649

But how do I get me motivated ? I have so many things I think about . I found a new answer to emergency shelter today . I've been thinking about shipping containers , for shelters ever sense Katrina . Simple math .Say a container is 8' X 40" that's 320 sq. feet . If I could double that . It's 640 sq. feet . Tight , but plenty of room for a small family . For a long time , I was thinking of tripling that size of 320 sq. feet .But I couldn't figure out having a floor on each side . Going back to doubling it . the answer is simple .
What I have in mind . It could be placed on the ground , and a very few hours . They could move in . All the walls would be packed inside , and with a nail gun a few trained people could make it ready to live in , in 4 or 5 hours . One crew could do 3 a day .Ten crews could do 30 . So on and so on .
RON
There's a million people living in tents in Haiti . I could change that .

OK , On each side cut just below the top from one end to the other Weld hinges to this . Along the bottom , at the floor line , do the same . Hinges also Now cut half way up from end to end . Then cut from top to bottom . You have half for a roof and half for the floor . Half of the outside wall could be hinged to the roof and the other half to the floor . When set down . Each could be swung out and connected . The remainder of the walls could be packed inside .
The idea of two half walls came to me today . I've got some very good ideas about insulation .
I hope I've given you a good minds eye view of my thinking .
Got to go . The time bandits are after me once again .
RON
Take a box and turn it on it's side . Now take the flaps and raise the one that would be the roof and the other one would be the floor . Now think about putting a wall from one to the other .See what you could build .

Just like before , I've got to go some where . This time I've got to go , to sleep
