Water Vapor is a Greenhouse Gas - It should be noted that the influence of aviation has been largely ignored in the United States. Also Geoengineering proponents do not want to discuss the man-made clouds produced by aviation and rocket sources. They clearly do not want you to know that water vapor is a greenhouse gas that is produced by aviation sources or that it is having a negative impact on our environment.
The most massive "Solar Radiation Management" Geoengineering Scheme has been underway in the United States and around the world since the late 1980s. Photographs have documented the early days when deep blue sky days were common through today when Blue Skies are rare.
NASA research studies show that increasingly persistent jet contrails may turn into “man-made clouds” (or white haze), and are “…trapping warmth in the atmosphere and exacerbating global warming…Any change in global cloud cover may contribute to long-term changes in the Earth’s climate…” No current U.S. legislation addresses water vapor and aviation impacts on the global atmosphere.
Our scientists and government agencies do not appear to be working toward reducing or eliminating this tremendous aviation problem. Instead Geoengineering promoters are working toward reducing more direct sunlight from reaching the Earth.

The photograph below provides a visual of what one ongoing Solar Radiation Management Experiments look like. What has happened to our deep blue skies? Who has the right to reduce the amount of direct sunlight reaching the Earth - no one!

In a Letter from several Senators including Senator Dianne Feinstein
to NOAA-June 17, 2009 is the following statement:*/

READ DESRIPTION! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?
After a weekend after intense spraying I woke Monday morning around 7:30 AM CST to find this incredible substance just on parts of my fence. NEVER BEFORE have I seen such a substance. They clearly are NOT spider webs and they're NOT simply associated with dew. TAKE A LONG HARD LOOK AT THE CLOSEUPS.
I WILL get to the bottom of this & spare no expense in getting this analyzed. IF this is what I seriously think it is I GUARANTEE I'll do whatever it takes to put a stop to it. Whether chemtrail spraying is allowed for by some perverse Laws, such as Public Law 105-85 (Google it) or HR 2977, or not - someone IS DEFINITELY spraying us with God knows what & last time I checked, whether someone kills one person or an entire population IT'S STILL A CRIME, PERIOD!
Truly, I have had my fill of all this! Whether by Govt contract or by our Govt itself, IT'S WRONG and IS outright TREASON! We are going to get answers and DEMAND accountability. One way or another, this MUST STOP!
Report On GeoEngineering
A select group of diabolic oligarch globalists and their puppet cronies embedded within the United States government are now involved in what some would say are crimes against humanity. These tyrants will stop at nothing to usher their hush, hush global aerosol agenda into full swing.
According to a report prepared for the Air Force titled “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the WeatherBy 2025” the U.S. Air Force wants to fully control the weather on earth by the year 2025.
Far surpassing even the most horrific act of terror (real or staged), posing as literal gods, these globalists will stop at nothing to control the world by not only controlling the fraudulent banking systems but by owning the weather through a process (blanket term) calledGeoengineering.
According to globalist sponsored reports, our planet is in a constant state of threat and is being bombarded with radioactive solar rays increasing planetary temperatures due to human carbon emissions.
However, vast bodies of research now show that that is not the case and that global warming is a another globalist myth, a ponzi scheme to collect a Carbon Tax worldwide, benefitting the very same group behind the curtain.
The myth the global warming “Carbon Tax” pushers have been spouting apparently can only be fixed by spraying deadly toxins in an aerosol particulate form into the earths atmosphere via large sprayer converted aircraft specifically assigned to perform Geoengineering tasks.
Aerosol sprays (slang: Chemtrails) are filled with a variety of chemical and metal compounds and are known to be very hazardous to human, plant, and animal health worldwide. This danger to plant and human and animal health has been documented in films such as “What In the World Are They Spraying” by Michael Murphy & G. Edward Griffin, who have also appeared on the Intel Hub Radio Show with Shepard Ambellas.
Ultimately, this issue was originally a matter for the EPA to rule over considering that they have the authority to sanction geoengineering activities under the National Environmental Policy ACT of 1969. However, documents such as the report to the chairman, Committee of Science and Technology, House of Representatives – “Climate Change” – Sept. 2010, U.S. Gov. Accountability Office which was submitted to all members of congress in 2010 attempt to put control into the hands of even a smaller group of people.
This report clearly is slanted and leans to take control away from the EPA along with other regulatory provisions such as; the Endangered Species ACT, and the Conformity Provision in the Clean Air ACT – total Geoengineering dis-info submitted to members of the Congress and other government branches alike.
The source of most of the dis-info is Obama’s White House Science Czar John P. Holdren. The following was written on USGCRP letterhead;

The report describes the activities and plans of the U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) established under the Global Change Research Act (GCRA) of 1990. The USGCRP coordinates and integrates scientific research on climate and global change and is supported by 13 participating departments and agencies of the U.S. government. This Fiscal Year 2011 edition of Our Changing Planet highlights recent advances and progress made by participating agencies and includes budget information on each agency’s contribution.
This report describes a program in transition. In accordance with the GCRA, the USGCRP agencies requested guidance from the National Research Council on how to best meet the changing needs of the nation to understand climate change and respond to its impacts, and the NRC responded with a 2009 report entitled “Restructuring Federal Climate Research to Meet the Challenges of Climate Change”. In accord with that report’s recommendations, the USGCRP is undergoing a strategic realignment that will ensure that the science produced is maximally useful for decision makers at all scales. As described in the new edition of Our Changing Planet, the program going forward will place greater emphasis on impacts, vulnerabilities, and on understanding the options for adapting to the changing climate. The program will also continue its long-standing support for activities that contribute to a better understanding of the Earth system, including observations, research, and predictive modeling.
All of these focuses will be reflected in the USGCRP’s new strategic plan and its National Climate Assessment.
The USGCRP is committed to its mission to build a knowledge base that informs human responses to global change through coordinated and integrated federal programs of research, education, communication, and decision support. John Holdren is interviewed about his views on geo-engineering. He says that if we get desperate, we may have to use it. But one should be aware that governments do things without telling the population all the time. They are already using geo-engineering and they are using the threat of global warming in an attempt to unify humanity into submission of their will to reduce the population of the planet.
In 1977 book, John Holdren advocated forced abortions, mass sterilization through food and water supply and mandatory bodily implants to prevent pregnancies.
President Obama's top science and technology advisor John P. Holdren co-authored a 1977 book in which he advocated the formation of a "planetary regime" that would use a "global police force" to enforce totalitarian measures of population control, including forced abortions, mass sterilization programs conducted via the food and water supply, as well as mandatory bodily implants that would prevent couples from having children.
The concepts outlined in Holdren's 1977 book Ecoscience, which he co-authored with close colleagues Paul Ehrlich and Anne Ehrlich, were so shocking that a February 2009 Front Page Magazine story on the subject was largely dismissed as being outlandish because people couldn't bring themselves to believe that it could be true.
It was only when another Internet blog obtained the book and posted screenshots that the awful truth about what Holdren had actually committed to paper actually began to sink in.
This issue is more prescient than ever because Holdren and his colleagues are now at the forefront of efforts to combat "climate change" through similarly insane programs focused around geoengineering the planet. As we reported in April, Holdren recently advocated "Large-scale geoengineering projects designed to cool the Earth," such as "shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun's rays," which many have pointed out is already occurring via chemtrails.
Ecoscience discusses a number of ways in which the global population could be reduced to combat what the authors see as mankind's greatest threat -- overpopulation. In each case, the proposals are couched in sober academic rhetoric, but the horrifying foundation of what Holdren and his co-authors are advocating is clear. These proposals include;
- Forcibly and unknowingly sterilizing the entire population by adding infertility drugs to the nation's water and food supply.
- Legalizing "compulsory abortions," ie forced abortions carried out against the will of the pregnant women, as is common place in Communist China where women who have already had one child and refuse to abort the second are kidnapped off the street by the authorities before a procedure is carried out to forcibly abort the baby.
- Babies who are born out of wedlock or to teenage mothers to be forcibly taken away from their mother by the government and put up for adoption. Another proposed measure would force single mothers to demonstrate to the government that they can care for the child, effectively introducing licensing to have children.
- Implementing a system of "involuntary birth control," where both men and women would be mandated to have an infertility device implanted into their body at puberty and only have it removed temporarily if they received permission from the government to have a baby.
- Permanently sterilizing people who the authorities deem have already had too many children or who have contributed to "general social deterioration".
- Formally passing a law that criminalizes having more than two children, similar to the one child policy in Communist China.
- This would all be overseen by a transnational and centralized "planetary regime" that would utilize a "global police force" to enforce the measures outlined above. The "planetary regime" would also have the power to determine population levels for every country in the world.
